Title: A little explaination...
As anyone who may have recently visited the site has seen, there is a message up about a death in the family.
The death happened in mid-April, and I am just now able to really talk about it. The business' name sake, and my dear father, passed on April 19th, leaving me to *fend for myself* in the big, bad world.
I am an only child, and on February 9th, 2004, my mother had passed as well. So, now, at the young old age of 42, I am forced to *grow up* and go out into the world alone...well...me and my two furry babies.
Let me tell you, it has been a really rough, trying, and unsettled three months, and it looks like maybe, it will remain so for quite some time to come.
I am going to see a lawyer this week, to see about probating my fathers estate, and if it is really even necessary. Because of my mothers still remaining medical bills, and my fathers yet to be seen total of same said type of bills, it appears that I will most assuredly lose their house.
What makes this particularly difficult is that me, my mother, and my father built said house. We all had our hands, blood, sweat and tears in its creation, and although I have tried to tell myself, and others different, letting go of it is tearing me up.
Also, I have had to move...to a new place, with new people, and if it had not been for the only person in my life *outside my mother* that I have ever been able to rely on in really tough times, I would not have anywhere...or anything...period.
She not only gave me a job to provide for me and my furry babies, she also fought tooth and nail to purchase a piece of land, with a trailer on it so that I would have a roof over my head.
And, as if that was not enough *and some much more that I could ever hope for*, when I found out I would not be able to keep my car, or my fathers, she even helped me there. I truly would not be here, typing this now, had it not been for this angel on earth that I humbly call cousin...but could not love more if she were my sister.
I am moving to Kentucky, and thusly, until I am more settled, I will not be able to fill any orders from the site. With this said, if there is something that you need now, and can not wait for until I am *back up and running* please email me and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
So, as it is, please just bear with me, and when I am settled in and able, I will let you know that Mister Al's is back on track. Keep an eye on the front page, and hopefully when I am back up to speed, there will some new goodies to purchase as well.
Until then, thank you for your understanding, and I hope and pray that you and yours are happy, safe, and above all healthy :)

Title: Phew...
Well, the hectic Christmas season is finally over. Don't get me wrong, I do so love this time of year, but everything from the first of November, until the twenty-sixth of December is just rush, rush, rush. I feel like I live for two months in my cross-trainers, dashing here, there, and everywhere. I am so glad to finally be able to take a few days, and catch my breath.
But, I am not going to be too complacent, that is for sure. I have so many new ideas for the New Year. I am going to make 2008 my biggest and bestest *lol* year yet!!
I am currently working on some new everyday type items, and have begun designing some Valentines day decor. Keep an eye out for it coming soon. Also, I am going to work on the website this coming up week, as time permits, and then will be getting to work on some spring items. I am ready for spring. I know that were I live, there hasn't really been a winter to speak of...yet. But, I am so looking forward to the return of the leaves, and the longer days, and the chance to be outside in the fresh air. I spend alot of time outside priming, painting, pouring candle tarts, etc. and just love it. My work room is just so cold this time of year, and it really makes it hard on the old bones when I have to work out in that cold...brrrrrrr!!!!
Well, that is about it for now. Don't forget to check back soon, for our newer items. Oh, and I forgot to mention, our eBay auctions should be starting up again in January, just in time for the new year. I do so hope you check them out :)
Until then, wishing you and yours a very Prosperous and Healthy New Year!!!!!!

Title: Added a few new things....
Hello all!!! Just wanted to pop in and tell you all to make sure to check out my newly added ALPINE TREES. These are such great decor pieces, because you can use them year round. Just change the ornies for each season or holiday, or just because. You can decorate them however you want, there are no hard and fast rules.
I offer the 2,3,4,5,and 6 foot in these, and hope that you can check them out.
Again, thanks for all your support, and now it is back to work for me.
Oh, before I forget, I am going to be adding our popular, triple scented, totally awesome wax tarts to the site soon. Keep an eye out for them, and place your orders quickly. The closer its gets to the holidays, the better the chance that you will have to wait a little while for your order. I pour them when ordered, so that they are at their yummiest when they arrive.
Okay, that is it...for now :)

Title: Getting Back in the Swing...
Well, it has been a LONG while since I have had a chance to sit down and post. Alot has been happening, both personally and professionally.
I recently spent a week in Columbus OH, stocking a new craft mall I am in, and visiting my uncle. He had to have some medical tests run, and the family was there to support him. He came through the tests with flying colors, now the arduous wait for the results will commence.
The new craft mall I stocked is at the Artisan Mall, in Logan, about one hour from Columbus. The owner, Vicki, is a real sweetheart, and the girls that work for her are priceless. This is a picture of my booth...
I thought I would never get it done, because I changed my mind three times on how I wanted to set it up. But, after about 2 1/2 hours, I finally got it to a point where I could live with it...LOL!!!
You will notice ALOT of items in the booth, that are not on the website. Never fear, I am trying my best to snap pics and get them on the site for your purchasing pleasure, but it will take about another week. I am kind of backed up with alot of work, and had a couple of orders come in while I was gone that I need to work on. Just check back, and until then, if you see anything in the pic that you are interested in, please let me know. I am more than happy to help :)
Well, that is about it for now. I am planning on there not being such a space of time before I post again.
Until then, hoping you all are safe, happy, and healthy :)

Title: ~~Another hot one in the books!!~~
Man oh man!!! This was one of the hottest and most humid weekends I remember for a while. There were a few brave souls, who ventured out to browse through our primitive goodies. Got a few need additions to the mailing list.
I am hoping to make it to market this week, and then have alot of new goodies in the shoppe and on the site. Also, I have been working a few new items for those who prefer the handmade in WV items. I am also getting ready to start on my very popular MU and WVU items...ornies, stacking boxes, football signs and yardstakes, and a few new items this year. Can't make it in to the shoppe? Not to worry!!! After market, I am going to spend a few weeks getting most of the shoppe inventory listed on the site. That way, if you can't make it to the shoppe, you can bring the shop to you!!
Also, don't forget to take advantage of my new *in store pickup* option. Pick out what you want, and have it pulled and waiting for you when you arrive. As easy as that!! In stock items will be available for *in store pickup* the following weekend, out of stock items or personalized/special order may take a while longer.
Well, I had better get to work on updating the inventory on the items on the site. Then, I am off to paint. Got a few things to finish before heading north. Remember, I will be out of the office from August 15 *Wednesday* until August 20 *Monday* Any orders or emails will be taken care of upon my return.
Until then, stay safe, stay cool, and as always have a GREAT day!!!
Tracy :)

Title: *Did a little straightening up*
Well, just spent a few hours working on adding descriptions and doing a little maintenance on the webshoppe. I listed the quantity in stock of each item, so you will know what is what. Also, on my signs, I have only listed the three most popular colors, but if there is another color combination you would, please do feel free to email me. I am so excited about this webshoppe. I have so much more to add to it, and am constantly thinking of ways to find time to get that done :) Also, once I have it a little more stocked, I am going to start my advertising blitz. This is where you, my customers, will benefit. I will be offering free gifts with purchase, a drawing for those that sign up for my email list...when I get that added...and much, much more. So, stay tuned, stay safe, and stay healthy. Until next time...
